Grand Palace & Wat Phra Kaeo
Location: Na Phralan Rd.
Constructed after King Rama I of the Chakri Dynasty ascended the throne in 1782, the Grand Palace has become the landmark of the Rattanakosin Island since then.  The palace consists of several striking buildings with different styles of architecture.  At present, several royal ceremonies and state functions are held there. Located within the Grand Palace’s wall, Wat Phra Kaeo is recognized as the most beautiful and important temple in Thailand. It houses the most highly revered Emerald Buddha image and boasts numerous interesting things such as sculptures of artistic value, mural paintings, etc. The most distinctive feature of this temple is that there are no monks. The Grand Palace is a large compound located near Sanam Luang in Bangkok old town.

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative Research)   มีวัตถุประสงค์คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาแนวคิด ทฤษฎี และผลงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการบริหารจัดการภาวะโลกร้อน 2) เพื่อศึกษาแนวนโยบายและมาตรการทางกฎหมายเกี่ยวกับการบริหารจัดการภาวะโลกร้อนของต่างประเทศที่สามารถนำมาปรับใช้กับการบริหารจัดการภาวะโลกร้อนในประเทศไทย 3) เพื่อวิเคราะห์แนวนโยบายและมาตรการทางกฎหมายเกี่ยวกับการบริหารจัดการภาวะโลกร้อนในประเทศไทย   4)  เพื่อเสนอแนะแนวทางในการปรับปรุงแนวนโยบายและมาตรการทางกฎหมายเพื่อการบริหารจัดการภาวะโลกร้อนในประเทศไทย โดยวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจากการวิจัยเอกสาร (Documentary Research) จากหนังสือ ตำรา บทความ และเอกสารทางวิชาการต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง ตลอดจนสืบค้นหาข้อมูลจากสื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ที่มีอยู่ รวมทั้งทำการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก (Indepth Interview) กับกลุ่มผู้ให้สัมภาษณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องเป็นการเฉพาะเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) โดยแบ่งเป็น 3 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ นักวิชาการ 5 ท่าน  เจ้าหน้าที่ในภาครัฐ 5 ท่าน และผู้ประกอบการในภาคเอกชน 5 ท่าน

Abstract
This is a qualitative research aiming at 1) studying the concepts, theories and researches that are related to the global warming management 2) studying the global warming management policies and legal measures of other countries to see if they can be adapted to use in Thailand 3) analyzing policies and legal measures related to the global warming management policies in Thailand 4) presenting new methods to improve the global warming management policies and legal measures. The researcher has analyzed the documents, textbooks, reference books, articles that are related to the subject as well as searching for the information from the Internet. The in-depth interviews (purposive sampling) are conducted with the three focus groups which are 5 academicians, 5 government officers and 5 entrepreneurs.
